I prefer to create and design and then sell via my shop. But sometimes people are desperate and I do try and help out and knit to order (if I'm not too busy and don't have a big long list of orders).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

I use First Class as a rule of thumb but you can switch to Track & Trace as an option which is more expensive. It sucks to have to pay for a better service, but that's the way of the world.

EASY RETURNS

It hasn't happened that I've ever been asked to refund any of my work, but there's always a first and when it happens I'll type in here what my course of action was. Of course, if you'd like to return something I won't mind at all.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If you'd like to pay more we can both keep an eye on Track and Trace and see where in the World your order is. It's a fun game, tracking their journey. Sometimes Deers stop off at the pub. That's a tricky conversation with customers that I don't want to have.
